Our Services
As a professional company we offer designs tailored to suit your needs and requirements ......and you shouldn't expect any less!
We provide all clients with a drawing of the site, bill of quantities and a detailed description of our plan, timings, and what you can expect from us. You will more than likely have an idea of what you want, we can help you improve upon those ideas to ensure that you have the best system available. We always install a rain sensor to ensure no unnecessary watering. Our powerful "pop-up's" can throw to a maximum of 15meters, then disappear out of site to allow mowing etc.
All
our products are guaranteed and we provide all support within the first year,
after which we offer a maintenance programme. We will need to come and complete
a survey. This can be arranged by phoning us and arranging a convenient date
and time for our engineer to visit. Our engineers are not salesmen, so it is
only in our interest to provide you with information of our service. Our surveys
are free and you are under no obligation . We find our product sells itself.
It is unusual that we would be very difficult to quote on an area, site unseen.
Our quotes are fixed and final, so no hidden costs! If however, you wish to
install the system yourself, then we can provide the products for the job. We
also provide valuable assistance for the duration of the project, a list of
the fee's can be found on "Pricing".
This means you can tailor the cost to suit your budget.
We are Riverside specialists and are able to provide our expertise in this area. Please see our "No-nonsense guide" for more information.
Very often, we are able to take you to see a previous installation to show you how the system works and what you can expect it to do for you. Our past clients have offered their services as references.
